Exercise of the week: refresh your eyes
Too often swollen, with dark circles marked? Help your eyelids to regain their freshness with a studied gesture when applying your care around the eye.
By strumming. With your fingertips, gently tap from the top of the cheekbone and up the dark circles to the corner of your eyes. Same on the upper eyelids as you progress towards the inner corner.
In pressing. Apply your index finger to the four cardinal corners of the orbital bone by applying circular pressure to better drain.
Smoothing. Add a last touch of care and massage in one direction and then in the other.
